The following way to incubate your hair with avocado will definitely make you satisfied with its ability to restore damaged hair.
The minerals in avocado such as potassium, magnesium can protect the outer hair follicles, make hair smooth, shiny and prevent breakage. Avocados are also packed with vitamins (especially vitamins A, B, C, E, K and folate), which can help stave off free radicals and protect fibers from damage.
Although there are not many studies on the effects of incubating hair with avocado, in fact, some people who regularly apply this method notice that their hair becomes healthier, shinier.
Incubate hair with pure butter
Mash ripe avocado and apply to dry hair. Note that this mask contains oil so you don't need to wet your hair before applying. The reason is that wet hair will push the oil out and not penetrate as deeply as dry hair.
After applying all over the head (avoid the roots if you have thin, weak hair), cover your head with a cap and incubate your hair for 30 minutes. Then rinse your hair with warm water to remove the mask and wash your hair as usual.
Incubate hair with butter and olive oil
Mix 1/2 a pureed avocado with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil into a smooth paste. (If your hair is long, you can use both avocado and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.)
After washing your hair clean to remove stains, you begin to apply the mixture to the body and ends of the hair, gently massage for about 2 minutes so that the nutrients are evenly absorbed into each hair.
Use a warm towel (or hair cap) to incubate for 30 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and wash with shampoo and cold water. Do it regularly 2 times a week.
Incubate hair with butter and honey
Honey has long been considered a beauty secret of women. For the skin, honey has the effect of replenishing nutrients, maintaining moisture and softening the skin. For hair, too, honey and butter are a great combination to moisturize, improve dry hair.
Mix 1 pureed avocado with 2 teaspoons of honey to make a paste. Proceed to incubate your hair in the same way as method 1. Do it regularly 2 times a week
Incubate hair with butter and eggs
Eggs are considered a miracle remedy to help smooth, strong hair and restore split ends. Mix 1/2 pureed avocado with 1 egg yolk and 1/2 teaspoon olive oil. Proceed to incubate in the same way as 1, but only incubate for 20 minutes. Do it regularly once a week.
Note: After incubation with chicken eggs, the hair will have a slightly unpleasant smell, you should wash it thoroughly with shampoo in combination with the use of fragrant moisturizing sprays.
