Acne and its causes

Acne is a fairly common disease, usually occurs in the middle age of adulthood (about 14, 15 years old) and lasts until over 20 years old. A small number of people over the age of 40 still have acne.

After the acne is gone, many people have a lot of bad scars on their faces. Therefore, the treatment of acne at the root is always a top concern.

Causes of acne:

Acne classification:

  • Moderate acne: Pimples with many red pimples and pustules; have less acne scars.
  • Severe acne: there are many pimples, nodules and pustules, spreading to the back, chest and shoulders, sometimes with blisters.

The above types of acne can be treated simply by conventional methods such as reducing the secretion of sebum, preventing the formation of acne, treating infections, following proper nutrition and hygiene.

Very severe acne: - Acne is deeply festering, inflamed, leaving scars

You can prevent pimples by:

- Eat in moderation, do not abuse hot spices such as pepper, chili, onions, garlic or stimulant drinks such as coffee, tea.

- Should eat more vegetables, fruits to enhance nutrients and avoid constipation.

- Avoid anxiety and depression. Optimism and comfort in life are important factors that help improve many disorders, including acne.

- Wash your face about 4-5 times daily with plain water or salt water (mix 1-2 teaspoons of salt in 1 liter of water).

- Note that if you use any type of soap that is not suitable for your face, you should avoid using that type of soap.
