Acne and its causes

Acne is a fairly common disease, usually occurs in the middle age of adulthood (about 14, 15 years old) and lasts until over 20 years old. A small number of people over the age of 40 still have acne.

You can prevent pimples by:

- Eat in moderation, do not abuse hot spices such as pepper, chili, onions, garlic or stimulant drinks such as coffee, tea.

- Should eat more vegetables, fruits to enhance nutrients and avoid constipation.

- Avoid anxiety and depression. Optimism and comfort in life are important factors that help improve many disorders, including acne.

- Wash your face about 4-5 times daily with plain water or salt water (mix 1-2 teaspoons of salt in 1 liter of water).

- Note that if you use any type of soap that is not suitable for your face, you should avoid using that type of soap.
