From a person who is always worried about acne and bruises, I have become more confident by persistently covering my face with pureed lettuce.
Acne, cystic acne or dark spots caused by acne is a problem that girls often encounter. There are many factors that cause acne such as diet, changes in weather or menstrual cycle. I am also a person who used to suffer a lot because of acne and dark spots. Acne can be cured within 3-4 days, but with bruises, "remnants" left by acne do not disappear so easily. Blemishes, acne scars can exist on the face from a few months to half a year, with no signs of change. They make me feel so self-conscious when I go out without makeup.
After trying many cosmetics to treat acne and dark spots but it didn't work, I was advised by a friend for the folk remedy that her mother taught her, which is to use lettuce, a very close herb. in Vietnamese meals.
There are two ways to use lettuce: crushed or pureed to remove the residue
Prepare
Take about 5-10 leaves of lettuce, wash and then crush with a little water. If you want to make it once and use it for 3 days, you can take 15-30 leaves, puree with a cup of water in a blender and then filter out the residue.
Making
First, you need to wash your face with warm water to remove dirt and sebum, and open the pores.
The next step is to apply the crushed lettuce or lettuce juice to the face, especially the areas of acne or bruises. You can lie still and relax for 15-30 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.
Lettuce is a familiar vegetable to Vietnamese people
After using this method 3 times a week for a month, I noticed that the acne spots are shrinking quite quickly, and the bruises are also much lighter, look closely to see. I will continue to persist in using lettuce until the bruises are completely gone.
Although lettuce is a fairly cool and benign folk medicine, before using it, you should also test the allergy by applying it to a small area on the inside of the wrist.
Hopefully with this method, you will no longer have to be as self-deprecating as I was in the past because of acne and bruises.
